At Wildwood Park, our mares are the heart and soul of the stud. Each one has been carefully selected for her temperament, conformation, and colour genetics – but more importantly, for her kind nature and willingness to pass those traits on to her foals.
We believe that great horses start with great mothers. Our broodmares are part of the family, raised in a calm, nurturing environment and given the best of care from foaling through to weaning. They’re the gentle teachers of our young stock, the quiet strength behind every success, and the reason Wildwood Park continues to grow with purpose and pride.

Kennallywood Opal (C2-196351)
Chestnut mare | Born 2010
Opal is the heart of Wildwood Park – a kind, dependable mare who embodies everything we value in our breeding program. A wonderful and attentive mother, she consistently produces beautiful, well-natured foals that reflect her gentle temperament and strong conformation.
In 2024, she foaled Wildwood Flash Dance, followed by Wildwood White Sapphire in 2025, both showing the elegance and quality we aim to preserve in our lines.
Proudly purchased from Dianne Temby of Merool Stud, Opal continues to be the backbone of our stud, passing on her quiet strength, kind eye, and reliable nature to every foal she raises.
Serenity Park Aphrodite – HSH (Stud Book: 250525)
Buckskin mare | Born 2018
Aphrodite is a stunning buckskin mare with exceptional breeding and a calm, intelligent nature. Carrying the bloodlines of Claredale Champagne Charlie HSH, and tracing back through her sire’s side to the legendary Chico Doro, she brings both quality and heritage to the Wildwood Park program.
Joining us in July 2025, Aphrodite has already proven herself a reliable producer, with two foals to date — a palomino and a smokey black. She has recently been served by Merool Flash Boots, and we are eagerly awaiting what this pairing will bring to our stud.
Aphrodite’s quiet presence, golden glow, and proven bloodlines make her a wonderful fit for our philosophy of breeding horses that combine colour, temperament, and versatility in perfect balance.
Monsview Isabella – “Izzy”

Warmblood x Stock Horse | Foaled 2011
Isabella, or Izzy as she’s affectionately known, is a beautifully balanced mare who combines the athleticism of her Warmblood heritage with the versatility of the Australian Stock Horse. By Monsview Rituel (AWA Rituel) out of Monsview Zena (Studbook 106941), Izzy carries exceptional movement, correct conformation, and solid bone — all matched by a calm, trainable temperament.
Shown successfully as a young horse, she impressed with her cadence, presence, and willingness to work, and she continues to demonstrate those qualities as a broodmare.
In 2025, Izzy foaled her first — a delightful palomino filly by Merool Flash Boots, proudly offered for sale. With her blend of performance bloodlines and gentle disposition, Izzy is set to become an integral part of Wildwood Park’s future breeding program.

Welcome to Wildwood Park, a family-run boutique stud nestled in the heart of Kyneton, Victoria.
We are dedicated to breeding quality dilute Australian Stock Horses – adding a splash of colour without ever compromising on temperament, conformation, or versatility. Our horses are bred to excel in showing, dressage, pleasure riding, stock work, and as reliable allrounders with calm, willing natures.
Wildwood Park was born from a simple passion and a remarkable meeting. Five years ago, we met Dianne Temby of Merool Stud, whose stunning stallion Merool Flash Boots inspired the beginning of our breeding journey. His influence remains the backbone of our bloodlines, and his legacy shines through in every foal we produce.
We are proud to be a true family operation. My mum, Glenda, is deeply committed to foaling down and caring for each mare and newborn with patience and experience, while my daughter Dusty brings boundless joy and curiosity to the stud – especially when it comes to spending time with the foals. Together, we share the same love and respect for these remarkable horses.
At Wildwood Park, our horses are raised in a family environment, handled with care, and given the time and attention to develop into confident, well-rounded partners. We take pride in producing horses that are as beautiful in nature as they are in colour – bred with purpose, raised with love, and ready for any direction their new owners choose to take.

Meet Ali
Founder & Breeding Enthusiast
Alison’s love of horses started at a young age, with a lifelong fascination for palominos. In 2020, she purchased Juliet, a palomino mare who truly sparked her obsession with the colour. Though Juliet was sadly lost in a paddock accident in 2021, she remains a lasting inspiration behind Wildwood Park’s breeding philosophy and vision.
Alison’s journey into breeding began five years ago after meeting Di of Merool Stud and being inspired by the stunning stallion Merool Flash Boots, who now forms the backbone of Wildwood Park’s bloodlines. Since that first foal, Alison has dedicated herself to building a boutique, family-run stud focused on producing dilute Australian Stock Horses that combine colour, temperament, and versatility.
She handles every aspect of the breeding program with care — from selecting bloodlines, managing matings, and raising foals, to overseeing the day-to-day running of the stud. Her passion, perseverance, and attention to detail ensure every horse at Wildwood Park receives the best start in life.
Alison’s love for the horses, her family, and the joy of sharing each new foal’s story is what drives Wildwood Park forward — a legacy inspired by Juliet and carried on through every new foal.
Meet Glenda
Foaling Specialist & Family Heart of Wildwood Park
Glenda may be a self-confessed “non-horsey” person, but since the birth of our first foal, Wildwood Rose (aka Biscuit) in 2021, she has been completely hooked. She and Ali even spent three nights in a rooftop tent waiting for Biscuit to arrive, a testament to her dedication and love for our horses.
Since then, Glenda has thrown herself into learning everything she can about the foaling process. She is known for her night checks for weeks during foaling season, ensuring every mare and foal is safe, healthy, and happy. Often joined by her loyal dog Penny, who can be seen out with the horses at feeding time and conducting her own “random checks” on the mares, Glenda’s presence is always comforting and reassuring.
Her commitment to the stud is invaluable, and she brings a warm, loving presence to everything she does — not to mention her legendary cakes and cookies, which keep the team happily fueled! Glenda’s patience, care, and dedication make her an essential part of Wildwood Park, and her love for every foal born here shines through in every aspect of our stud.
Meet Dusty
Foal Enthusiast & Wildwood Park Spark
Dusty is our enthusiastic and effervescent young girl, whose love for the foals brings endless energy and joy to Wildwood Park. She is famously responsible for the name Biscuit, though since the arrival of Wildwood White Sapphire, she has happily passed Biscuit back to Ali and claimed the new foal as her own special charge.
Always at the paddock, in the paddock, or anywhere the foals are, Dusty loves spending time with each horse, learning their personalities, and lending a helping hand wherever she can. Her boundless curiosity and playful spirit keep the stud lively, and her excitement for every new foal born reminds us all why Wildwood Park is more than just a stud — it’s a family.
